My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, right on the seawall close to the beach and restaurants, but the room experience left something to be desired. The service, however, was a mixed bag with some helpful moments and some rude encounters. The dining options were okay, but not quite up to par. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The room had its issues. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to open my door with a screwdriver, and there was hair all over the bathroom. The noise at night was also quite bothersome.

The service had its moments. While some staff went out of their way to help, others were extremely rude, especially when we asked for a room change. The refund of 30% of my total expense was appreciated, though.

The hotel's location was a mixed bag. It was convenient being close to the beach and restaurants, but noise was a bit of an issue at night.

The hotel had an awesome location right on the beach with nearby activities and restaurants. While the rooms were clean but a bit small, the service was lacking in responsiveness. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were average.
